What we do

Lawn care thatactually shows

Pick one service or all of them. We do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits.

Weekly, Bi-weekly & Monthly Maintenance

Pick a cadence — weekly through the monsoon, bi-weekly the rest of the year, or monthly for low-water yards. Same crew, same morning.

quoted on-site

Grass Mowing

Sharp blades, clean stripes, the cut height adjusted for Bermuda in summer and ryegrass in winter — front, back, and side yards.

starts at $45 · per visit

Palm Tree Trimming

Skirts pulled, fronds cleaned up, seed pods removed before they drop. Date palms, queen palms, Mexican fans — done in season so the tree does not get stressed.

starts at $175 · per visit

Irrigation Repair & Drip Tune-Up

Broken heads, cracked drip lines, a controller you can never figure out — we fix the visible stuff and we walk every zone with you.

starts at $125 · per visit

Winter Rye Overseeding

October overseed — scalp the Bermuda, lay down annual ryegrass, water it in. A green winter lawn while the rest of the block goes brown.

starts at $75 · per visit

Fertilization

Pre-emergent in fall and spring, slow-release nitrogen on a Sonoran schedule — not the bag-back northern-grass calendar.

starts at $75 · per visit

Yard Hauling & Cleanup

Dumped dirt pile by the side gate, palm fronds from a windstorm, a tenant left a yard full of bags — gone in one trip.

starts at $95 · per visit

Landscaping & Bed Maintenance

Granite refresh, weed pull on decomposed-granite (DG) beds, prune ocotillo and brittlebush, replace dead succulents — keep the desert side of the yard tidy.

starts at $95 · per visit

How it works

Three steps,no hassle

We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.

  1. Walk the property

We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.

  2. Quote on the spot

You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.

  3. Same crew, every week

Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.

Twelve months · Phoenix

The Sonoran lawn calendar.

Northern lawn calendars are wrong for Phoenix. Bermuda runs hottest in July, dormant by Christmas. Winter rye carries you green from November to April. Pre-emergent goes down in December and again in July — not March. Palms get trimmed in May, never December.

Highlighted band (June–October) is the heat-and-monsoon window when most yards need weekly visits and a hard look at the drip system before a heat-stress problem becomes a dead-bermuda problem.

In their words

What customers say

Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.

Same truck every other Tuesday for three summers now. They edge the DG against the lawn so cleanly I can see it from the kitchen window. Fair price, never any surprises on the bill.

Asked them to look at the drip system because half the front yard was browning. They found two cracked emitters in a planting bed I have not touched in years and a controller program that was running 4 AM in November. Yard came back in two weeks.

Doug R.

via Google

Skirted four old Mexican fans for us in May, hauled the fronds, did not over-prune them like the last guys. Charged what they quoted, showed up on time. We have them back twice a year now.

Good to know

Frequently asked

  • Year-round. Bermuda goes dormant in December and January but the winter rye keeps growing, so most yards still need a cut every two to three weeks through the cool months. We adjust the schedule, you do not pay for visits we did not make.
